Refund policy
This Refund Policy applies to all online goods and services sold by RoadToUK, including (without limitation) downloadable digital products, online courses, memberships or subscriptions, and booked video call sessions.
Where this Refund Policy conflicts with any other page on our website, this Refund Policy will apply for refund related questions. Our Terms and Conditions state that, due to the nature of products and services sold, sales are final and refunds are not issued.
1) General rule: no refunds for online goods
Because our products are delivered digitally and or involve time reserved with a provider, all purchases are non refundable, except where:
-
a refund is required by law, or
-
we decide (at our discretion) to issue a refund in exceptional circumstances (for example, a proven duplicate payment).
2) Digital products and downloads
For digital items (for example PDFs, templates, guides, question banks, video content, or any other digital content supplied online):
-
No refunds are available once access has been granted or the content has been downloaded, streamed, or otherwise made available, except where required by law.
-
By purchasing digital content that is made available immediately, you acknowledge that supply may begin straight away and that statutory cancellation rights can be affected once delivery starts (see section 6).
3) Online sessions (video calls) are non refundable
All online sessions are non refundable.
No show rule (10 minutes):
If you do not attend the session within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the provider may cancel the session. No refund will be issued and rescheduling is not possible after the fact.
4) Technical issues
If you have a technical problem accessing your purchase or joining a session, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to help. If a technical issue is on our side and cannot be resolved in a reasonable way, we may offer a replacement, credit, or other remedy (at our discretion), rather than a refund.
5) Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you raise a card chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend access to any related products or services while the dispute is being reviewed. We will provide relevant evidence to the payment provider (for example, access logs, delivery confirmation, booking records, attendance logs, and correspondence).
6) Your statutory rights (UK consumers)
Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights.
UK consumer law can give consumers a 14 day cancellation period for many distance (online) contracts, with important exceptions, and different rules depending on whether the purchase is for services or digital content.
Where the law requires a refund (or another remedy), we will follow those requirements.
